• Shake the bottle gently before use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril and close the other nostril by pressing gently.
• Spray once or twice while breathing in gently through the nose.
• Repeat for the other nostril.
• After use, wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap.
• Use up to 3 times daily if needed, but do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
• Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days without medical advice.

While Otrivine Congestion Relief Nasal Spray is generally well tolerated, some users may experience side effects. Common side effects include:

• Temporary irritation in the nose or throat
• Dryness of the nasal passages
• Mild headache

Less common but serious side effects include:

• Increased heart rate or palpitations
• Increased blood pressure
• Rebound congestion if used for longer than recommended
