Beechams All In One Liquid is a multi-symptom cold and flu treatment that provides comprehensive relief from a variety of symptoms, including headaches, sore throat, cough, fever, and congestion. It's designed to help you feel better quickly and manage your cold or flu symptoms effectively.
How does Beechams All In One Liquid work?
This liquid contains three active ingredients: paracetamol to relieve pain and reduce fever, guaifenesin to loosen mucus and ease chesty coughs, and phenylephrine to relieve nasal congestion by reducing swelling in the nasal passages. Together, these ingredients work to alleviate a wide range of cold and flu symptoms.

Beechams All In One Liquid is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. It’s easy to use and offers fast-acting relief to help you feel better throughout the day.
Each 20ml dose of syrup contains: Paracetamol 500mg, Gauifenesin 200mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg. Also includes Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Glycerol and Colour Sunset Yellow (E 110). Also contains Ethyl Alcohol 19% v/v - see leaflet for more information.

- Take two 10ml spoonfuls (20ml) every four hours as needed.
- Do not take more than 4 doses (80ml) in 24 hours.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
